She was one of Maudet's biggest critics – now, Guinand has to shut up

Probably no one has studied Pierre Maudet as obstinately as Laetitia Guinand. The journalist from French-speaking Switzerland spoke about Maudet's trip to Abu Dhabi or his decision at the Geneva airport. But all of a sudden, the 42-year-old has nothing to hear. And now, of all things, Maudet's resignation is required on all sides.

Maudet did not have much joy in the revelations of Guinand, even of his friends. The communication consultant in Geneva, Eric Benjamin, known for his close ties with Maudet, complained to RTS in June, where Guinand's reports were published. Benjamin is also a member of the SRG Regional Council. This brings the Tages-Anzeiger back on Thursday.

Benjamin wrote to RTS director, Pascal Crittin, to tell him that he could not let the RTS get into a gossip radio. The e-mail said: "What does Laetitia Guinand want, does it have an invoice with Pierre Maudet?"

In contrast, Benjamin celebrated Maudet's performance on social media.

Now that Maudet is sitting on the chair as unsteady as ever, suddenly she has calmed down around Laetitia Guinand. His last report was published in October. For once, however, in the show "Rundschau" in German-speaking Switzerland and not on French-language television. Welsh television has given up today to a charisma report that caused a sensation in Romandie.

But why did Guinand suddenly become silent? "Laetitia Guinand is currently on sick leave," Laurent Caspary, editor-in-chief of radio, Tages-Anzeiger, told IRIN. Rumors that Guinand's editor was accused of journalistic gaffes were denied by Caspary. For his part, Caspary confirmed that Maudet had intervened with the editor.

Now the pressure on RTS leaders is getting bigger. Dozens of cultural workers and politicians dissatisfied with their dealings with Guinand sent Crittin a "plea for freedom of the press."

When Guinand returns to work, we still do not know. (MAC)

The life of a customer service representative is not easy: every day, he receives complaints, praise (almost) never from his customers. The same is true for social media employees who have to respond to frustrated customer requests from their Internet business.

Many social media managers have already prepared ready-made sample sentences for the different surveys.

The abrupt response of the DHL account caused a stir in the network – in addition to many indignant …
