Six Scottish friends want to spend their first vacation together on the Spanish island of Mallorca. But the dream vacation is quickly becoming a nightmare.
This is July 11, 2018. The Scots celebrate a Holi party at a club in the seaside resort of Magaluf. As usual at Holi festivals, they are thrown there with colored powder. A spray gun that triggers an ultraviolet paint strikes one of the group members. And from the immediate neighborhood, as the local newspaper "Ultima Hora" writes.

For medical treatment, the adolescent must be repatriated to his homeland. There is then the diagnosis of shock: with a high probability he will never be able to see again. Maybe the doctors will still be able to at least partially restore the sight in his right eye.
At first, his doctors could not believe that a paint gun had such destructive power. They are regularly used in Holi festivals throughout Europe. The participants throw themselves into sometimes huge parts for hours with colored powder. Originally, the custom comes from India: there such Holi festivals sound in the spring. (hah)
