Countless patrol cars, a dozen policemen and a beagle next door, the cantonal police Thurgovia search since Thursday morning in Frauenfeld a volatile person. The police are traveling with a large contingent, confirmed Matthias Graf, spokesman of the cantonal police of Thurgau.

This unstable person is a prisoner of Moroccan origin aged 23 who escaped during a visit to the doctor. The fugitive was handcuffed, but presented no danger to the population, as Graf points out. He was not in custody because of a violent crime while in detention.

Already Wednesday, a prisoner had fled to Gommiswald. Even the Algerian, aged 22, had managed to escape when visiting a doctor. The leak, however, was short-lived. The cantonal police of St. Gallen was able to arrest the man the same evening.
