SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) – Police say a woman and three children were found dead in an alleged murder-suicide in a rental car in upstate New York.
The Syracuse Police Chief, Kenton Buckner, said the driver of a tow truck called to pick up a late rental car from an alley Sunday afternoon had discovered the woman and children unresponsive to inside and had called 911.
