GTA 4 Take two 1

Take-Two, the organization in charge of labels like Rockstar and 2K Games, has already announced a few next-gen conversions: Grand Theft Auto 5 and Kerbal Space Program being the duo. However, as part of an investor relations report, he quietly confirmed that he has three more “new iterations of previously released titles” that are expected to roll out by March 31, 2022.

Due to the size and breadth of Take-Two’s publishing portfolio, it’s hard to predict exactly what this might be. There have been recurring rumors regarding the PS2 trilogy of Grand Theft Auto games, but these are technically already playable on PS5, so maybe it’s time to bring Niko Bellic and GTA 4 to contemporary consoles?

Rockstar could also consider porting Red Dead Redemption 2 to next-gen systems, although it seems unlikely this close to its much-publicized GTA 5 adaptation. The reality is that the trio will likely be in the 2K Games franchises, with Mafia: Definitive Edition, Civilization VI, and possibly even BioShock: The Collection receiving the reissue treatment.

Interestingly, the document also reveals that Take-Two has another unannounced ‘immersive core’ title slated for release by the end of its current fiscal year, which could very well be the Marvel-themed XCOM strategy game. who apparently leaked before E3 2021. Hopefully if this is real we will know more about it soon.
