The Asset Management Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) would like to remind owners and management officers that all multi-family developments under construction must submit a state of construction report no later than the 10th. October 2021.
For 2020 prices, if construction has not yet started, please notify the assigned asset manager by October 10.
A fee of $ 2,500 will be charged for construction condition reports not submitted by the deadline.
Instructions for submission, including the list of items that must be included with each submission, can be found in the Post-Award Activities Manual located on the Asset Management Division webpage at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/asset-management/pca-manual.htm.
