Team news ahead of the Nations League final tonight

[ad_1]

Spain have been trying to win their international trophy since 2012 when they face world champions France in tonight’s League of Nations final.

Luis Enrique’s side had a brilliant performance in Wednesday’s semi-finals for end Italy’s 37-game unbeaten streak while Ferran Torres scored on either side of Leonardo Bonucci being sent off.

France retaliated in an equally impressive manner, however, to beat Belgium 3-2. The Blues were behind by two goals at half-time before Karim Benzema scored a brace and Theo Hernandez sealed a spectacular victory in stoppage time.

France will have to overcome recent history, however, having won only one of their last seven meetings with Spain in all competitions.
