An aspiring actor from Texas has been accused of using a crutch to beat a cop during the Capitol Hill riot in January, according to the FBI.

Luke Coffee, 41, faces assault charges against a federal law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds for taking part in a rowdy crowd that took to stormed the building on January 6, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Daily. Coffee was identified as the man seen in videos wearing a cowboy hat, camouflage jacket and blue bandana as he carried a crutch on the steps of the Capitol, the complaint says.

He can also be seen holding the object over his head before charging a crowd of DC and Capitol Hill police officers, according to the FBI.

The complaint further alleged that he hit a cop in the chest and head with the crutch, and that the weapon was then passed on by the rioters, who used it to attack other officers.

Coffee’s social media pages show he is a supporter of Donald Trump and believes in QAnon’s conspiracy theories.

The day before the riot, Coffee said in a YouTube video that “All hell is going to break loose tomorrow,” the Daily Beast reported.

After the riot, Coffee continued his online rants saying, “I was ready to die last night. We thought we were, we were totally gassed. And I literally thought I was gassed to death like I was in Nazi Germany, a Jew gassed to death. Okay, ”according to central Dallas media.

Coffee has appeared on several TV shows, including “Murder Made Me Famous,” “Friday Night Lights,” “Las Vegas” and others, his IMDB page says.

The Justice Department has accused more than 200 people of storming the Capitol in an uprising that left five people dead, including a Capitol police officer.
