The investigation began in July when two parents in Waukesha went to see the police after finding THC-based products that their son had. The investigators were able to know where he got it and who provided it. They say that their investigation led to Huffhines.

Law enforcement officials said the operation had put the cartridges in packages containing candy logos and fruit flavors. Jacob Huffhines, Tyler's brother, is also in custody for violation of probation, possession of a firearm by a criminal and possession of cocaine (2nd offense). However, Beth thinks he could also be involved. The two men are expected in court on Friday.
