A missing two-year-old girl from Pennsylvania – she was kidnapped by her father's partner in love – was found dead, officials said on Tuesday.

Nalani Johnson's body was found at Pine Ridge Park in Indiana County, 37 km east of Penn Hills, where investigators said he had kidnapped her, said at a news conference Indiana County Attorney Patrick Dougherty.

Sharena Islam Nancy, 25, faced charges of kidnapping and crime. She was arrested on Saturday, police said.

According to a criminal complaint, Nancy reportedly told the investigators that Johnson had ordered him to take the child to a woman who would take her.
