The bodyguard of Chance the Rapper sued for being beaten in the act caught in video

Luck the rapperL 's bodyguard reportedly released a tin can – captured on a surveillance video – and now the recipient is being sued.

Travis Montgomery pursues the rapper's muscle, claiming Star Thomas beat hell in August 2017 after a verbal exchange in the lobby of the W hotel in Chicago. Montgomery said the incident was even more violent given Thomas's size … according to the lawsuit, 6-foot-4 inches and about 300 pounds.

Montgomery explains that Thomas had prevented him from jumping into an elevator earlier in the day because Chance was on board. Montgomery says he's once again met Chance's entourage later in the day – and that's when things got violent in the lobby.

Montgomery claims that Thomas grabbed him by the neck, pushed him violently against a wall and held him by the neck, sultry him. You can see all this being played in the video.
