GREEN BAY, WIS., (WMTV) – A shirtless supporter arrived on the pitch in the final prep game at Lambeau Field on Thursday night. Security Harold Jones-Quartey quickly dropped this fan.
As teams geared up for a send-off in the final minutes of the match, the fan rushed into the field under the control of several security guards.
Jones-Quartey saw what was happening and sprinted towards the man and executed a perfect and legal shot. The suspect was removed from the field.
In addition to this tackle, Jones-Quartey recorded a tackle during the match.
The Packers ended up winning 27-20, finishing preseason 2-2. They will open the 100th NFL season on Thursday night when they face the Bears in Chicago.
