C by GE already offers intelligent, white, dimmable lights specifically designed to work with Google Home – there's even a starter kit with a Home Mini – but the company is now adding color LEDs to its lineup, as well as products additional smart.

Millions of colors will be available to choose from with new bulbs, controllable with the Google Assistant, without the need for additional hardware, such as a hub. Other new Made for Google products introduced by GE include a LED light strip, a wall switch that can turn on your stupid lights, a smart plug and a motion sensor.

All news will be presented at CES 2019 in Las Vegas next week. The C by GE equipment is also compatible with Amazon's Alexa and Apple's HomeKit, in case you're wondering. They also use Bluetooth Low Energy Mesh technology to communicate with each other, which is great. The lights will apparently cost between $ 40 and $ 75 and the smart jack, $ 25, but we do not know the price of the switch or motion sensor yet.
