The owner of Santa Anita Park on Thursday announced a list of unprecedented reform measures, following the 22nd death of equines in this competition.

According to his proposals for Santa Anita and Golden Gate Fields, the "internal rules" of the Stronach group would impose new restrictions on the use of therapeutic drugs and associated crops, would establish a ban on the day of the race on Lasix, require transparency of out-of-competition test history.
