According to the New York Times, this is probably one of the largest jewelry transactions in the history of the red carpet. Gaga, however, is already a spokesperson for Tiffany, so it's not a total surprise that she is adorned with Tiffany diamonds. What makes it special is that it is one of the biggest diamonds in the world and the Oscars are the crown jewel (pun intended) of the Gaga Rewards circuit.
