BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The Cape Canaveral SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was cleaned Friday morning due to a helium leak, according to SpaceX.

Officials say the team will try again early Saturday morning.

The launch window is set to open at 14:48 ET.

The Cargo Dragon spacecraft will deliver the next shipment of supplies and equipment to the International Space Station.

This is the 17th SpaceX mission under NASA's commercial replenishment service contract.

The 45th Air Force Meteorological Squadron stated that on launch day, the risk of violating weather constraints was 60% due to Cumulus rules and the thick cloud layer and overflight by precipitation.

The Dragon spacecraft, which will deliver 5,500 pounds of cargo, is scheduled to arrive at the ISS early Sunday.

The first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket will attempt a vertical landing on the deck of an autonomous spaceport drone ship, which will be located off the coast about 20 km away. The rocket will then be transported to Port Canaveral and refurbished for future flight.
