The original music video from Microsoft mime Vista, Windows Phone, etc.

150 full-time employees and trainees at Microsoft have spent their mornings, weekends, and nights creating a Microsoft music video. The video was shot in various buildings of Microsoft's corporate campus in Redmond, Washington state. It shows trainees and staff who sing and dance about everything happening here.

It begins with a section on co-founder Bill Gates, before some classic lines such as "our products are known worldwide, except when we tried to make a phone!" with Vista and presents the famous vocals "developers, developers, developers" of former CEO Steve Ballmer.

We have seen some pretty strange videos of Microsoft over the years, but the eight weeks of effort devoted to this task make it difficult to make fun of everything, even if it's a little cringey at times. Anyway, it's certainly not as bad as a Windows 7 family party, a Windows Vista SP1 video containing a Bruce Springsteen group or the Windows Phone 7 fangirls video. Fortunately, these Microsoft trainees did not use the company's Songsmith app to make this video.
