Yet another strange chapter of the saga Antonio Brown.
Just hours after apologizing to his teammates for his role in an altercation with Raiders GM Mike Mayock, Brown posted a video on YouTube that apparently includes a recorded phone conversation between him and the ### 39, Raiders head coach Jon Gruden.
Brown's apology early Friday morning seemed to absolve him and set the stage for a start of Monday night's week 1 against the Broncos, a move that Gruden told reporters was "the plan" even after rising tensions.

It is not known for now whether Gruden knew or not that it was recorded, or at the time the conversation took place, but the conversation gives insight into how Gruden did his best to understand his enigmatic star player.
At one point in the recording, one can hear Gruden wondering if Brown wants to play football or not, which Brown insists: "I do not know why it's about me like a Raider. Is like – do you want me to be a Raider? "
Later, Gruden essentially implores Brown to "just play football" and eliminate distractions. Brown made it clear that he thought of more than that.
"I'm more than a football player, man, I'm a real person," Brown told Gruden. "It's not about football, I know I can do it, I show it to you every day, it's my life, there are no more games."
Gruden said Friday that Brown had resumed training and that his plan was to play in the Monday night 2019 debut against the Broncos.
"Antonio is back today," Gruden said. "We're really excited about it, ready to move on, obviously having a lot of time to think about things, we're happy to receive it, and I know Raider Nation is also excited about that."
