We had a treasure of Knight shovel news has been thrown at us in the last few hours, but there is still a little more dig through. Yacht Club Games has confirmed that the next amisibo pack will be launched in December, and has also provided juicy details about what characters can do in the game.
As you probably already know, the pack of three contains Plague Knight, Specter Knight and King Knight figures, joining Shovel Knight's already-released figure. Each game in the Shovel Knight saga will have a friendibo support, allowing you to use your new toys with all the games you own or buy.
Scanning each amiibo can unlock new cosmetic items (which can be combined with the usual armor of the game) and can also unlock a fairy friend. You can learn more about this in the tweets below.
In addition to all this, the new set of amiibo can unlock new platform challenges in the challenge mode of each game.
The studio has promised "more surprises amiibo" in the future, so watch this space for more exciting revelations.
