who is not looking forward to the second season of Euphoria?
While we wait, HBO’s gorgeous and hugely emotional teen drama has whetted our appetites. There was first a holiday-centric episode of Rue that came out late last year, and now there’s a trailer for Euphoriathe second special episode of Jules.

The episode – titled “F * ck Anyone Who’s Not A Sea Blob” – premieres on HBO this Sunday, Jan. 24 at 9:00 p.m. ET. But if you’re a subscriber to HBO Max, you can watch it early, starting Friday, Jan. 22 at 9 p.m. ET.
According to a press release, the episode “follows Jules (played by Hunter Schafer) over the Christmas holidays as she reflects on the year.”
The trailer features footage from the final season of Euphoria, as well as a few clips probably from the episode, with Rue (played by Zendaya) asking Jules at one point, “So why did you run away?”
Color us intrigued – and this special episode isn’t the only one Euphoria-adjacent media to come. There is also Malcolm and Marie, directed by Euphoria creator Sam Levinson and starring Zendaya and John David Washington, coming to Netflix on February 5.

Malcolm and Marie some Euphoria players involved, but it is not Euphoria universe. The film follows the titular couple’s post-film premiere as “revelations about their relationship begin to surface.”
Until then, we’ll be tuning this weekend to see what Jules has been up to.
