Pre-loading for the open beta of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is live right now and there is no doubt that many agents are preparing for the days to come to get an idea of the upcoming entry of Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment in the action-RPG series. In order to set the tone for the public test phase of this weekend, the publisher and developer have released a new trailer that highlights what will be the Dark Zone, the PvP arena of the Thu.
Division 2"Dark Zone" will be a bit different from the previous version of the franchise because Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have divided the PvP area into three separate locations this time instead of one centralized location on the map. These three PvP zones consist of the East, West and South Washington D.C. areas, and each dark area is set to accommodate up to 12 players per session.
The last trailer of Division 2 gives the aesthetics of each of the areas of the dark area their own time to shine, Dark Zone East being represented as having the paces of a downtown, Dark Zone West showing a more suburban and Dark Zone layout South containing more flora and fauna. In addition, the movie shows how players can become a Thief in the Dark Zone in order to run after a special round of incentives and rewards.
Each of the DZ zones of Division 2 contains loot caches and special events related to the Rogue game, such as sneaking into a looted chest locked without a Dark Zone button and looting the deceased players will help him to surrender Snape for a while. Those who choose this path in the DZ will be aware of Snape special events that will allow them to earn credits and resources for unique suppliers in the Dark Zone.
When Division 2The open beta starts tomorrow, players should eventually have the opportunity to experience the Dark Zone East during the test in order to prepare them for the next three PvP zones in the final version of the release. That being so, it will be interesting to see how many agents are able to defend themselves in the ZD this weekend and if the booty of Snape is worth it in the long run.
