FARMINGTON, MB (AP) – The wife of a Ku Klux Klan leader has admitted to shooting her husband shot.

Malissa Ancona pleaded guilty on Friday for second-degree murder, attempted falsification of evidence and abandonment of a corpse upon the death of Frank Ancona Jr in 2017. She was sentenced to life imprisonment under s. an advocacy agreement. Frank Ancona is identified as an imperial wizard of KKK.

Malissa Ancona initially reported the disappearance of her husband. She then claimed that her son, Paul Jinkerson Jr., had shot at him while he was sleeping and after he had filed for divorce. He faces the same accusations as his mother.

But she said on Friday that he had no role in the shootings. She said she helped clean up crime scenes in a rural area in southeastern Missouri and helped clear the body.
