Among the many symptoms associated with multiple sclerosis, Selma Blair, in an interview, discusses the symptom that affected her, which helped her diagnose the disease on time.
“It was on this track, with the thrill of walking the show, that I suddenly lost sensation in my left leg,” she told the magazine. “But I was on a track and I was thinking, what am I doing?” said the actress.
She took to Instagram and wrote in her caption: “When I first stepped out. I couldn’t feel the ground or how to lift my left leg. My brain was trying to calculate. As I walked on the track, stunned. “
Six months later, Selma was diagnosed with MS. The actress had been feeling the symptoms for years. However, she took them for other reasons. It wasn’t until her doctor, using an MRI scan, found lesions on her brain that she realized she had multiple sclerosis.
The actress opened it on an Instagram post saying, “I’m disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken GPS.”
