Tiger Woods was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and received successful follow-up procedures Friday morning following a car crash that seriously injured him earlier this week.

Woods was previously at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center before being transferred Thursday.

It’s the latest setback for Woods, who has already had nine surgeries.

He won 15 major championships and achieved a record 82 PGA Tour victories.
