The Ratatouille TikTok musical will be back for an encore on Sunday night on the platform where it all began. TikTok is hosting another show of the streaming musical that debuted online on New Years Day, which has already raised over $ 1 million for The Actors Fund.

The musical has reunited on TikTok for the past few months, with songwriters, fans, set designers, costume designers and choreographers creating musical numbers for the fictional ‘show’ built around the Disney / Pixar animated film 2007. Then, in December, Seaview Productions announced that it was producing the show in association with TikTok. Disney / Pixar gave their blessing and the show attracted big names from Broadway to perform the crowdsourced songs.

Wayne Brady plays Django, Andrew Barth Feldman plays Linguini, Ashley Park almost steals the show as Colette, Andre de Shields plays Anton Ego, Adam Lambert is Emile and Tituss Burgess plays Remy, the rat with a strong taste for fine dining . The 20-piece Broadway Sinfonietta Orchestra provided the score.

The show drew most strong reviews from theater critics; the New York times called it a “stupid, layered delight” and the Los Angeles Times said it shows what the future of musical theater could look like.

The reminder will air live on TikTok at 8 p.m. ET, and viewers can donate to The Actors Fund via an in-app donation sticker, TikTok says.
