The wreck of the Titanic, submerged under 12,000 feet of water for over 100 years, breaks down quickly, as shown by the images of the first dive in 14 years. Parts of the ship have disappeared since the last expedition to the bottom of the Atlantic, the BBC reported. "The Captain's Tub is a favorite image of Titan enthusiasts, and she is now gone," said historian Parks Stephenson. "The whole bridge house on this side is collapsing, bringing with it the halls of ceremonies. For Clare Fitzsimmons, expedition scientist, the microbes erode the ship's iron, which sank on its maiden voyage in 1912, making more than 1,500 passengers and crew members.
