Troy Polamalu will be on the podium in Canton.

The former Steelers great was medically cleared to deliver his induction speech Saturday night at the Professional Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony, NFL Network’s Steve Wyche reported. Polamalu’s participation was uncertain after announcing last week that he had recently tested positive for COVID-19. He was not present at the Golden Jacket ceremony on Friday night.

“Thank God I feel good and the family is doing well” Polamalu posted on Twitter on July 30.. “I’m working with HOF to make sure we follow all protocols to get to Canton on time for all of the festivities.”

The four-time All-Pro champion and two-time Super Bowl champion is part of the 2020 class, whose induction has been postponed for a year due to the pandemic. On Saturday morning, Polamalu was sighted walk in the Hall of Fame parade.
