Yankees shortstop Troy Tulowitzki hope his calf injury will not prevent him from staying off the court for a prolonged period.
Tulowitzki, who suffered from category 1 calf in Wednesday's game against the Tigers, was placed on the 10-day injury list on Thursday morning, becoming the 11th Yankee injured in the first week of the season.
"I've never seen anything like it," said Tulowitzki, according to James Wagner of the New York Times, about all the injured Yankees up to now.
