Huawei's subsidiary, Honor, announced today the signing of a partnership agreement with Netflix. As part of this partnership, the Netflix app will be preinstalled on the Honor 8X and Netflix content on this phone will be fully activated once the phone has received the November security update.
A company official said the content of Netflix would be closer to the owner of 8X Honor. Future buyers will find the Netflix app on the main screen of their Honor 8X phones, while current customers will enjoy FullHD movies as soon as the November security update has been available.
The Honor 8X will have no problem with the full HD playback of Netflix content: the phone has a 6.5 inch LCD screen with FullHD + resolution. According to Huawei, this screen has a sharpness and a display ability of details, as well as contrast.
