LG TVs with an accuracy of 8K will arrive in the first half of next year

Many companies are launching 8K TVs in the market, including LG. The South Korean company recently announced that it would begin producing 8K TVs aimed at the general public in 2019.

LG announces that its 8K UHD OLED TVs will appear in the first half of next year. The South Korean company is expected to launch them in June. The company will also face a problem that other manufacturers such as Samsung have had to deal with on its 8K TVs: a lack of 8K content.

There is not much content currently available in 8K resolution. It will take a few years before this type of content is available quickly enough. However, upgrading the technology used in their TVs can solve this problem to a certain extent. Samsung is counting on that and LG will also upgrade the technology of its 8K TVs.

What LG has not yet revealed, is how much will cost its 8K TVs. Given the high cost of this technology at the present time, it is safe to say that OLED TVs with an 8K accuracy will cost thousands of dollars.
