Samsung announced earlier this month its new LPDDR5 DRAM chipset with a capacity of 8 gigabytes (GB). Next, the company released another advertisement for these fleas. Today, the company has started the massive production of the second generation of LPDDR4X 10 nm.

These chips will improve the efficiency and reduce the depletion of batteries for major existing smartphones and other mobile applications. Compared to the most commonly used chipset in major mobile devices, the second generation chipset reduces power consumption by 10% while maintaining the same data transfer rate of 4266 Mbps.

Samsung also announced that it was manufacturing a 8GB LPDDR4X DRAM of 4 LPDDR4X DRAM 16 MB and 10 nm. This package is capable of capturing a bitrate of 34.1 Gbit / s, although it is 20% lower than that of the first generation, which will allow OEMs to reduce the form factor of their portable devices.
