– Do a daily routine to prepare for sleep, such as brushing your teeth, doing ablution, praying or reading a book, for example, as it helps to create a mental connection between these activities and sleep.

– The dinner should be light to help you sleep well at night, without digestive problems.

– It is better to eat at dinner that helps sleep, especially bananas because it contains some substances that help sleep.

– Avoid taking special liquids containing caffeine after 17 hours.

– Daily exposure to the sun because it helps sleep and helps control the biological clock.
