This feature is called "special response" and allows people to respond differently to a message received in the Wattab group. When users select a contact to get the options and click on the "Private Reply" option, the application automatically opens a private chat window with Contact.
The feature also works on old messages, as well as on groups configured according to a set of parameters, such as "Sender ID" and "Administrators," the report says.
