UFC Kevin Holland tracked down and detained a suspected car thief until police arrived in Texas on Monday.
The MMA star spoke to TMZ Sports about the incident, which he says happened in his neighborhood after he noticed a man was trying to steal a car.

Holland detailed the chase and at one point said the alleged car thief attempted to run over him when he tried to confront him. After the suspect crashed into a trailer, Holland said he followed him and kicked him in the legs to knock him down. He finally jumped on him and held him down.
On Saturday Holland was part of a wild ending at UFC Fight Night in a clash against Kyle Daukaus. Within three minutes of the start of the fight, Holland and Daukaus accidentally hit their heads, knocking Holland out for a short time.

After Holland regained consciousness, Daukaus caught him in a choke and forced him to retire. The bout was ultimately declared without competition by referee Dan Miragliotta, Herb Dean, the Nevada Athletic Commission and UFC officials.
