2 Milly, the rapper behind the popular "Milly Rock" dance movement, told CBS that he intended to file a lawsuit against Epic Games for using his iconic dance as an emote that players could buy. Fortnite.

Merlyne Jean-Louis, a lawyer in business and entertainment law, told CBS that the lawsuit would not be easy. "There are a lot of cases concerning the copyright of music. Lyrics.
