On the outside, the 2019 Jeep Renegade received a small facelift with a redesigned front fascia and new taillights. At the front, the fog lights were redesigned, new LED headlights were installed and the grille frame was modified. The 2019 Renegade also features new wheel options and new 19-inch aluminum painted granite and crystal wheels are now available as options on the Latitude and Limited models. Inside, the 2019 Renegade has new graphics for the group of instruments.

The biggest news is that the 2019 Renegade now offers a 1.3L engine that replaces the 1.4L. The 1.3L turbo engine generates 177 horsepower and 200 lb-ft. of torque and it is coupled to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is still standard on the Sport and Latitude models.

In terms of safety, adaptive cruise control, ParkSense Parallel / Perpendicular Park Assist Plus and front park sensors are now available as part of the Advanced Tech Group. Finally, the 2019 Renegade is available in the new colors: Bikini, Slate Blue and Sting Gray.
