On November 5, a lawsuit was filed against Riot Games.

A former and current employee of Riot Games brought a class action against Riot Games, claiming that they favored a hostile work environment that degrades women.

Starting with a Kotaku report three months ago, a number of former and current employees of Riot Games have come forward within the League of Legends community, sharing what it's like to work at Riot Games as a woman. Many employees who spoke at the time claimed that the workplace at Riot Games is steeped in a culture that belittles women and promotes immature sexist humor.

A few days after the accusations, Riot Games issued a statement, promising change. Riot Games shared his plans for the culture of society to be seen from the sky; starting with the reeducation of company leaders.

The former employee of Riot Games, Jessica Negron, and the current employee, Melanie McCracken, are seeking compensation for the damage caused by the company's past inability to prevent discrimination and the harassment at their place of work.

The details regarding the pursuit can be found here.
