Harry Potter: Unite Wizards, the latest augmented reality business of Pokemon Go The Niantic developer and publisher WB Games are postponed until 2019. The game was first announced in November 2017 and is expected to be launched last year. Niantic, however, provided a preview of the game, which can be seen above.
There is not much to remember from the teaser in terms of story, but the famous Golden Snitch makes its appearance. One can hear a player sing a spell (immobilus, which prevents an object from moving) before a sinister poster appears warning all wizards and witches of the manufacturing threat
Players in Harry Potter: The wizards unite will be able to "explore real-world environments to solve a global mystery, cast spells and meet fantastic beasts and iconic characters on the way," according to a press release. Those who played Pokemon Go you will already have an idea of how Niantic AR technology works in nature. But instead of catching adorable Charmanders or Squirtles, people will have to engage in a medley of Harry Potter characters and creatures.
