Pokemon Go has a new evolving object, but it will be a bit harder for players to get than other items.
The popular mobile game introduced the Sinnoh Stone, a new way to evolve Pokemon in Pokemon Go. The new evolutionary object was introduced as a way for players to evolve Pokemon that had its first evolutions in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
In the main games of the series, these Pokémon require evolving objects or must evolve in a specific place. The Sinnoh Stone is therefore a way to make these evolutions "special" and not to give players the opportunity to instantly add twenty or so Pokemon species. to their Pokedex.
Habitually, Pokemon Go Players can get up-to-date items from PokeStops, gyms, or special search tasks. However, it seems that players will have to work a little harder to get a Sinnoh stone. Until now, the only way to collect a Sinnoh stone is to collect a research breakthrough, a reward for doing field research for seven different days.
Players will also need 100 candies in addition to the Sinnoh Stone to evolve these new Pokémon.
On the one hand, limiting players to a Sinnoh Stone a week will give hardcore gamers something to work on during the winter months. It will take several months for the players to have each existing Pokémon take its evolutionary form "Gen 4" if you can only get a Sinnoh Stone once a week. However, this seems to be a frustrating and slow process, so we would not be surprised to see Pokemon Go speed up the process with an event in the near future.
Players can quickly start collecting the candy they need to evolve these new Pokémon, thanks to a new event that adds some Pokémon like Rhydon or Magby to the 2km egg cart. The event began earlier today and will continue until November 27th.
