Facebook and Instagram both have problems, with users reporting problems with social media sites on Tuesday morning.
According to downdetector.com, the East Coast is reporting the most problems with Facebook in the United States, but problems are also reported around the world. This is the second time this month that users around the world report that Facebook is down.
Instagram users have also reported problems, according to downdetector.com.
Among the problems encountered with Facebook include the impossibility to display status updates, the page loading impossible or very slow, the impossibility to send messages via the 39; Messenger application separated from Facebook and some claiming that they received an error message stating that the site was under maintenance, among other issues.
Instagram users reported that the application was not loading and was displaying an error message.
Users have accessed Twitter to report faults using the hashtags #FacebookDown and #InstagramDown.
