When you transfer your Pokemon Pokemon, go on Pokemon: Let's go, Pikachu / Let's go, avoid doing anything to stop the process, says Nintendo. If you interrupt the transfer, you may lose some of your Pokemon Go Pokemon.
To ensure that the process is not interrupted, Nintendo has put forward some recommended practices on its support site. When you decide to move your Pokémon from Go Over in Let's Go, be sure not to click on the Home or Power button on your Switch. You also do not want to press the Home button, turn off Bluetooth or pause the Pokemon Go app on your mobile device. Nintendo also advises you to keep your mobile device and your Switch console close to each other during the process to ensure a smooth transition.
Following these tips should avoid any problem when transferring your Pokemon. If you notice that your transfer is interrupted or it has not completely moved all your Pokemon, Nintendo advises you to disable the Pokemon Go application and uninstall it. After reinstalling the game, you should be able to resume the transfer. However, any Pokémon that was between your mobile device and Switch could be permanently lost, "because uninstalling and reinstalling the application would cause the transfer process to crash."
