To end the year in style, Pokemon GoThe last community event of the year in December will be a weekend event that will increase the re-emergence rate of all Pokémon of days spent in the community. That means we'll see more Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Eevee, Dratini, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Mareep, Larvitar and Beldum in the wild!
The weekend will be from November 30 at 16h. AND until December 3 at 2 pm ET, leaving you the time to get there and catch all the Pokémon you need. Throughout the weekend, one of these special Pokémon will also have its special community day movements, which are:
- Bulbasaur, Chikorita: Factory of frenzy
- Charmander, Cyndaquil: Blast Burn
- Squirtle: Hydro Cannon
- Pikachu: Surf
- Eevee: last resort
- Dratini: Draco Meteor
- Mareep: Dragon Pulse
- Larvitar: Smack Down
- Beldum: Meteor Mash
This means that when you move the Pokémon to their final form, their charge attack will be that special move. This should also work for Pokémon you had before the event. So keep your metangs and dragons. Pikachu, however, will come with Surf learned as charge attack. No evolution is necessary for the Pokémon Electric Mouse!
There will also be a special three-hour period on December 1st from 2pm to 5pm. AND for additional bonuses generally associated with community days. This includes double XP and star dust from the catches and the effectiveness of the double incubator, which means that hatching eggs will take half as much time as usual.
We do not know if the field research work of these days will come back to us too, so the return of the beloved Squirtle with sunglasses is unknown at the time.
If you missed one of these days and you could not get a special Metagross or Charizard, this is your chance to catch up on a weekend.
