Niantic announced that the July Pokemon GO Community Event 2018 will be held on July 8th. Here is the complete list of start times:

• North America : 11:00 – 14:00 PT 14:00 – 17:00 ET
• Europe and Africa : 10 am – 1 pm BST
• Asia-Pacific : 12h-15h JST

Squirtle will be the focus of Pokemon GO Community Day of July 2018

In preparation for the official announcement, all the signs seemed to point to Squirtle to be the next title pokemon. You see, the latest Pokemon GO Community Days have followed the pattern of a starting pokémon being the title pokemon, followed by a regular. Until now, we have Charmander, Pikachu and Bulbasaur, leaving Squirtle as the next obvious choice. This has now been confirmed because July will see an increase in squirtle spawns in the wild

Pokemon GO Community Day July 2018 Bonus

Each Pokemon GO Community Day involves bonuses for participating coaches. They usually consist of extra stardust earned for completing tasks, bonus candies for hatching eggs, and event-specific search tasks.

A bonus we know for sure is that any Squirtle that is turned into Blastoise before the end of the day the Pokémon GO community in July will gain a specific hit at the event. The movement has yet to be confirmed by Niantic. We also know that there will be bonus lures of 3 hours and a hatch distance of 1/4 of eggs.
