Google's largest smartphone Pixel 3 XL has been leaked several times before it was launched on October 9th. During the last incident, a Google Pixel 3 XL was found in a taxi in the United States. Pixel 3 XL should have a notch screen with other design features identical to those of its predecessors.
The images of the Pixel 3 XL unit were shared by the Lyft driver with the Android Police website. These images show nothing new and only confirm the past leaks of the smartphone. On the front, the smartphone presents a small cutout on the top, housing the selfie camera, the earpiece and the sensor. At the back, you will find the two-tone design in black.
There is a single rear camera with the circular fingerprint sensor as expected. There is also the "Made by Google" logo on the back panel. According to rumors, the configuration of the cameras on the Pixel 3 XL would be a 12 megapixel sensor on the back and an auto-snap of 8 megapixels.
As for the rest of its specifications, Pixel 3 XL will most likely work on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It could come with a 6.4-inch Quad HD + display, a 3.430 mAh battery and storage options of 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB.
Google could ship a USB-C headset with the Pixel 3 XL to compensate for the lack of 3.5mm audio jack. On the front of the software, it will be bundled with the latest Android 9 Pie ready for use.
The smartphone will also have the 'Active Edge' feature that will launch applications by compressing the phone. Some actions include quickly pressing the bottom half of the phone to launch Google Assistant and forcing to activate silent mode.
Google is expected to launch Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones on October 9th.
