Week 10 has arrived, paving the way for a new series of Fortnite Weekly Challenges that you will have to complete in the highest part of the Combat Pass. While you still perform all the usual tasks – getting killings in key locations, searching for chests, and using specific items – you also need to get Fortnite puzzle pieces in the basements scattered on the Royal Battle Card. .
Why? Nobody really knows it, but maybe after gathering it, they will form an image, a clue, a loading screen that we can continue. Perhaps this is the last piece of the Fortnite Season 6 puzzle (sorry) and will tell you what to expect from the pack of card and cosmetic changes.
Basements, by their very nature, are pretty well hidden, so we did some preliminary research to find out where to look for puzzle pieces. Since Fortnite's basement puzzle search challenge has not been officially unlocked yet, we can not currently confirm exactly where these puzzle pieces will appear in the game. Instead, we've compiled a list of buildings in Fortnite that have basements or underground sections that could house one of the seven pieces of Fortnite puzzle.
All places of Fortnite puzzle pieces:
Of course, we will search and confirm as many of these sites as possible the second time the challenges are unlocked, so stay tuned for minute-by-minute updates. In the meantime, here is a list of possible locations for Fortnite puzzle pieces.
Risky reels
Most Fortnite basement locations are located outside designated locations. There are many houses with basements around Risky Reels, which makes it a great place to start your search. Open your Fortnite map and look for houses that are west, northeast and southwest of the risky reels – you will find houses with basements in all of these directions. There is also another house with a basement northeast of Risky Reels, on the edge of the island.
Shifty Shafts
Head to Shifty Shafts and head straight west to two houses. Enter the house to the south and you will find a basement with loot and, hopefully, a piece of Fortnite puzzle.
Retail line
There is a dilapidated house on the west side of Retail Row with a basement.
Salty springs
You will find two houses with basements in Salty Springs, making it another likely place for one of the Fortnite Jigsaw Puzzle pieces. The first house is directly in the middle of Salty Springs and the second is in the northwest corner.
Pleasant park
There are a lot of houses to distract in Pleasant Park, but only one has a basement – you can find it in the open air at the west end of the site.
Greasy Grove
Head south from Greasy Grove to the dilapidated building on the hill. It's a bit of a trek, but it's one of Fortnite's most hidden basements, perfect for tough days. If you do not like the trip, the burger seal to which Greasy Grove owes its name also has a basement to explore.
Snobby Shores
Directly south of Snobby Shores is a small collection of houses, one of which has a basement to explore. This could be a good place to pick up Greasy Grove for Fortnite puzzle pieces. As for Snobby Shores himself, you'll also find that the second northernmost house has a basement, so be sure to watch as well.
For now, these are our best guesses for finding puzzle pieces in basements. Hopefully this challenge will take us to the possible theme of Fortnite Season 6. Do not forget to refresh the page after uploading challenges for a video guide and confirming each piece of the puzzle.
