Today, we have something similar to report. When Google released Android 9, Android users no longer have access to the list of apps they did not receive notifications for (see images at the top of this article, and Android 9 is left). For example, if an Android user is tired of continually reading notifications about things that do not interest him, why should not he save his cloning finger by banishing these notifications from his phone.
Similar to the history of yesterday on the Android 9 volume controls, the complaints have been filed on the Google Issue Tracker page. Today, Google has listed the problem as resolved; the ability to see the list of apps with blocked notifications will come back in a future update to Android 9 Pie.
On Android 8, you can find the list in Settings under Applications and Notifications. In Android 9, it is listed in the beta application of Digital Wellbeing under Manage Notifications.
