All you need to know before you start

The highly anticipated sixth season should start at Fortnite tomorrow, which means that speculation is rampant on what players can expect in terms of theme and content. We have gathered all the elements available so far, which should help everyone prepare for the big revelation of Thursday, September 26th.

While FortniteThe seasons are just themes to attract new skins on which players can get their hands, they have evolved a lot in the last year. Each new season always has a theme (Space, Superheroes, etc.), but Epic now enriches these events with special events, new content updates, and even evolutionary fiction in the game world.

Mysterious cube

At the start of season six, the mysterious purple cube that magically appeared during the current season is the most important thing for everyone. The current season hosts an unexpected theme, a hole in time and in space. That meant new skins that showed everything from Vikings to cyberpunk warriors, who seemed to have been ripped off by an anime. At the same time, this most recent season literally changed the whole map, introducing new biomes, many new points of interest and even some landmarks that corresponded to the strange theme of jet lag.

A few weeks ago, a huge purple cube appeared on the game map in the desert biome. This thing is about as mysterious as that, the healer players who stand by her, harming the players who are trying to attack her, and was it mentioned that she's covered runes? More recently, the cube has moved on the map and has finally settled in the water of Lake Loot, which has now been tinted purple like the cube. Oh, and players can now bounce off the surface of the water.

Trio of teasers

Earlier this week, the Fortnite The Twitter feed started publishing a collection of teaser images for the sixth season, starting with a skin that appears to be a player wearing a cybernetic lama's head. The llama is the mascot of the game, and the background has the same purple hue and the lightning players now associate it with the cube. The only other information is a single quote that "all major parties need a DJ".

A day later, Epic released a new image with what appears to be a mix between a biker and a cowboy, with the phrase "saddle up". Today's picture was more surprising, a threatening werewolf. There's no catchy quote with this one, just a message that season six starts tomorrow.

Theory of the theme

Given the timing of these events, the big theory that seems to gain the most interest is that Fortnite is about to host a big Halloween party. Although this is clearly related to the cube in some way, it does not mean that the upcoming event is the ultimate goal of the cube. Instead, perhaps this continual mix of themes will remain an extended event as the true goal of the cube is reached. For now, it seems rather likely that a Halloween throw is about to unfold Royal Battle.

Pesky leak

The only other major topic of discussion right now is a leak that recently appeared on the PlayStation Store before it was quickly removed. The only copies of the image I can find are found here, but apart from the DJ lama and the goth biker, it seems like one of the characters is carrying a dog in a slingshot to get a gunshot while Another skin seems to be one of them. Inflatable costumes that give the impression that the avatar is riding a llama. The dog has people convinced that animals come Fortnite (which seems a little weird as they are going to get shot), and the skin of the avatar gives even more strength to the rumors of the Halloween party.
