Nintendo Switch Online has been available for just a week and subscribers have already downloaded the mobile companion app more than five million times.

According to data from the Sensor Tower analyst firm, this figure represents one-quarter of the global base of 20 million switches, based on information gathered as of June 30. Most applications come mainly from the United States and Japan. Japan's share of facilities comes to 33% and the United States to 30%. More than half of the app installs came from 60% Android device users, while 40% used iOS devices.
