Telltale Games, as we know it, ceases to exist. The studio laid off a devastating majority of its staff – about 250 people – last week in response to financial problems. Many of his projects are effectively canceled. The future of some others, like The dead who walkLast season, stay in the air. Those who enjoyed the studio's work made memories over the past week and, in addition to fans sharing their favorite moments, many former developers have used the studio's closure as an opportunity to share internal jokes.
Rodake, developer of Campo Santo, who worked on the first season of The dead who walk, posted several videos on a YouTube channel. The best of them is one, uh, alternative ending in the first season of The dead who walk created by Sean Ainsworth. Spoilers, I suppose?
Another story told by Molly Maloney explains a change that actually made the final product.
