Microsoft took the unprecedented decision to fire a version of Windows 10 just four days after its arrival, amidst a crowd of users complaining that their files were not where they were located. had left.
Windows Insider supremo Dona Sarkar took to Twitter to announce that Windows fans would no longer be able to get their hands on the distressed build. Redmond said the automatic deployment would also be suspended until the result is exactly what happens in blue.

Microsoft's advice to users of the downloaded version is: do not do the installation. However, if you have allowed the update to work and you have been affected by the problem of missing files, leave your computer at your fingertips and call Microsoft for help.
On the third day of Windows, Microsoft had offered me: A series of DELTREE files

The update made its appearance on Oct. 2, having been directly in the hands of users rather than spending some time in the Windows Insider Release Preview ring. If you have it installed and everything works as before (as is the case for us), you do not have to worry.
In her tweetSarkar said the person on the other end of the phone would have "the tools to put you back in good shape". Presumably, a file recovery application or a convenient installation of Linux. Users in Canada have stated that they have been instructed to bring their affected computers to a Microsoft store in the hope that some of their files can be restored. It is unclear how this will work in areas where the presence of Microsoft retailers is not present. Maybe the honest Bob's Backstreet Windows Wrangler?
Called your help line for Canada. His best solution was "Take him to the nearest Microsoft Store". I am in Ottawa, Ontario. The closest store in Canada is Toronto. I do not drive. There is GOT to be a better solution than that. As an insider, it hurts me. Beyond belief.

This is not a good idea for the Windows Insider program. Its lighter tone was the subject of a wave of criticism last year. Kari Finn, one of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional software (MVP) program, was released after being defrocked following criticism of the changing situation.
In his July message, Finn felt that the program had "turned into a playground," commenting, "Developing Windows and getting serious comments is hidden under a cloak of ninja cat jokes and hats."
Finn, who has been described for The register as a "fan of Microsoft and Windows 10" expressed his fear that the information left unanswered and "the professionalism is now forgotten".
Preach to convert. I lost confidence in insider programs a year ago. Too much "fun" and ninja and not enough transplants and data.

Some would say that these concerns occurred at home while the current problems had been reported in the Windows Insider hub and the publication had nevertheless occurred.
The reg Microsoft has dropped a line to find out what will be the recovery process and where Windows 10 will go from now on. If you had to call one of Redmond's support teams, tell us how you found out in the comments below. ®
